Incubating my first Latrodectus hasselti egg sac. It has been about 2 weeks and it's turned very black. I can see whitish specks inside. Should I let it hatch on its own or open it?

Nice! Definitely wish I had some of these. You could snip the sac if you'd like more survivors, otherwise they may cannibalize a little. IME, be sure to use an escape proof solution or double your containers. :)

Yeah, my adult Latrodectus hasselti has just laid her 4th egg sac in one month. She just keeps laying one after each meal :/
The sling will break out of the sac on their own right? They don't usually need the mother to open the sac for them or anything in the nature?

Hmm ok. So they hatched and I've separated them into 2 groups for now. I'm assuming they will cannibalize each other so i'll leave them be for a while and separate them into individuals later.
