Red Runner Roach eggs not hatching?

Hi all. I bought a colony of red runner roaches a little over 2 months ago and they are laying eggs like crazy. I transfer all of the eggs into a tub coco fibre which I keep warm and damp, but not wet. After two months now, not a single egg has hatched. The only thing I can think of is that the coco fibre has lots of springtails in it. Are the springtails eating the nymphs as they hatch, seeing as this tub only contained coco fibre and eggs and ergo provides no other food source for the springtails? Or could there be another reason which I am unaware of? Any help or suggestions are appreciated thank you

It takes 2-6 weeks for the eggs to hatch depending on the humidity. But other than that they may be infertile.
