Received my Sicarius Thomisoides sling yesterday, when to feed?

I received the spider via package delivery and was wondering when i should consider feeding it,

I know you should let a tarantula settle for at least a week but maybe it's different for these spiders?

Should be pretty much the same as T's, let it settle for 5-7 days then you can "bug" it lol.
You could honestly try feeding it sooner but try to make this decision based on the behaviour of your new friend. If they explore let them, if they plop down in the sand and seem comfy, throw em a snack.

Thanks i'll do that! It buried itself already haha,
But for now the abdomen looks plump so feeding can wait i think

Well this is good and is a signal of it’s not Al behavior, regarding feeding and otherwise

But for now the abdomen looks plump so feeding can wait i think

And yes if it’s plump you don’t have to stress either way about rushing in to feed

I’d probably give it a week , looks plumps. Do they need some sort of water source when they’re fasting?
do they get all their water from their food ?
