I've heard from several diferent places that Heteroscodra maculata needs high humidity(around 80%) and others that they like it dry. How exactly are you supposed to keep them?
Thanks,
Steve

Go in between, then from there, either raise or lower depending on the spiders condtion and behaviour...

Forgive me if I'm wrong... but over a month ago you got bit by an adult of this species? Surely you know the adequate humidity to keep it alive, if you already have? Unless you're just curious :)

Hi, i'm just curious, they seemed to be ok dry. I'm not keeping this species anymore but just one of those little things that ate at me for awile. It wasnt an adult just a 4incher. Best looking at that size i'd say,

I keep mine at around 75-80%. Any lower than 70% and she lays by the water dish.
