Never seen this for hummingbirds only other birds and other animals.

Huh, that's pretty wild. Never saw anything like that in hummingbirds either.

Of all the naturally occurring mutations that can be present across many families, I have to say leucism is my favorite (especially blue eyed leucism). It's so rare to find wild ones though because that lack of camouflage is really detrimental to their survival.

Very true, though hopefully the speed and aerial agility of hummingbirds will keep this one alive for a while.
