How many enclosures (average 5 gallon size) can 1 "brick" of EcoEarth finish? Also, how long does the EcoEarth take to dry if I need it for a dry species? I need it for Thursday. Should I make some tonight?

Not even one, but I like to pack mine down as much as possible for stability.

Thats assuming a generic brick size. They do have various sizes in gardening stores, and it's cheaper too. It will also depend on what species and/or what size a spider you're wanting to keep in there. You gotta make sure the sub will be high enough to be safe, for example, and substrate requirements for burrowers, arboreals and terrestrials will be different.

Whether it will be dry by then depends on how you prepare it (don't use too much water!) and what you do to facilitate drying.
