Rainbow Boa - Small rat

I was wondering if my Rainbow Boa below is big enough to eat (eat as in swallow without issue) a pre -killed small rat by this i mean eyes open a little bigger than a hopper rat:

I wouldn't try pushing it yet I wold just wait until I was sure it would be ok
Ok, thanks if you need pictures of it stretched out i can show you some of those too.

So for about the next 2 sheds or so I should keep it on mice?

The appropriate sized meal for your rainbow boa is one that is almost the diameter of the snake, in other words it should be a rat that will just be big enough to barely leave a lump in the snake.

With rainbows especially, it's always best to err on the side of caution as they will puke up a meal that's too big.

This. We can't answer your question from pictures unless you're taking pictures of the snake next to the prey item in question. Just follow the above rule and don't worry about pics at all. :)
