Do you need a license to sell tarantulas?...I dont recall ever seeing that you do but my friends like...freaking out and being retarded saying you might blah blah etc etc...and..I was just curious.

If you live in the US you need a license. The driver one at least to get to the post office.

you dont need a liscence to sell to other hobbyists privately i believe,but i think you do need a liscence if you set up a store that sells Ts?
