Well I saw a video where a guy touch a Flag Tail Centipede and the myriapod does a strange sound. I have two questions, Is that possible?, and if it is, What makes that sound and why does it?

It's normal for Alipes grandidieri to hiss when disturbed as a defense mechanism, like hissing cockroaches. They do it using their terminal legs ("tail"). I'm not sure of the exact mechanism by which they do it. In the video, you can see that the terminal legs are not rubbing together or moving very much; one guess might be that the holes you can see in the "fans" produce the sound when the centipede moves quickly while holding them at a particular angle due to the turbulence of the air rushing through them.
