Personally I don't reccomend cross species tanks/cages. You'll most likley have a heck of a time getting a gradient right for each species. Plus consider each species has its own little nich in the wild, and most likley wouldn't come in contact with each other, which might lead to continual stress. I am not ons of those people that says it and hasn't tried it. Been there, done that, invested ALOT of money, had everything get sick and some stuff die.
Again, that just my opinion.

If you do decide to do this try to aquire species of the same local (IE two things that would live near one another in the wild) so you do not have to make two different habitats in one tank. Also jungle species have different layers they live on in the canopy, or the forest floor, make sure the husbandry is the same (Ambient temp, humidity, UV requirement)

3rdly, better get a BIG cage/Tank. They will need the room to escape each other if they are stressed. Quarentine the species apart from each other for about 2 weeks or longer and make sure they do not have any parasites (vet trip)

Stupid story. I went to my local Petsmart of which they know me by name. I get told they have CB eyelash geckos. AWESOME. I have them put on hold for me for 1 day. Well within that day they got put in with some gargolye gecks that were ALOT smaller than them. The gargolye geckos then proceded to rip the tails off of two of the Eyelash geckos. SUPER. SO i get back there and buy my lizards at a discounted price (obviously) and off to the vet they go. Fecal positive for worms(I must mention AGAIN, CB lizards, I saw the shipping reciept and I know the breeder), dewormed them, they were fine. Two weeks later one just up and died, refused to eat, and I have no idea why. I still have the ones i purchased a year ago, still doing great, so weird things can happen.....
