Question about giant water bugs

I've been wanting to keep a lethocerus aquarium for awhile but finding someone to purchase them from seems to be quite difficult.
Any tips on how to catch/find these guys? I've went to a few ponds and marshes around my house but have had no luck finding them.

Any information on keeping and breeding these would be very much appreciated as well.
