I am not really one of those people... The question is more focused the the fact a breaded dragon could find in the wild an egg or maybe even a ravaged nest and eat some of the egg. There are many reptiles in the wild that would and take enjoyment in an egg.
Typically you would only want to feed egg to carnivores. Egg is pretty high in protien and fat. Dragons being omnivores, and as they get older leaning more toward herbivores, I would avoid egg. If you want to give them a protien boost go with a pinky or some cockroaches. Feed pinks sparingly they are mostly good for breeding females to help boost calcium intake. I like to give a dish of pelleted food with some meal or super worms in with the pellets, lots of greens, and once a week or so some roaches or crix. Thats a pretty good diet for a dragon. Suppliment their diet with vitamin/calcium powder once or twice a week maybe more for breeding females.
