Purple Ivory Millipede questions

Hey! Im interested in Chicobolus spinigerus and was wondering what size enclosure would I need? I am not finding an exact measurement online, but somewhere around 1x the body length HxW. Was wondering if you get a smaller juvenile you can place them in an adult enclosure (whatever that may be) as long as there is ample food?
What temps and moisture levels do you keep them at?
Are there any other species that can be housed with them as long as enclosure requirements are the same? If so, what are they?

As long as substrate is deeper than the length of the millipede and the enclosure is longer than the millipede it should be fine, and anything bigger would work as well
