Prizz, PHOTO QUESTION?

Hello everyone,

I joined this great site if I remember about 6-8 moths ago or so, but it was until a month ago I began to take some pics to my T's and scorpions. Some of you had taken amazing photos, like the ones taken by "PRIZZ VS others" competition thread.
I posted some of my pics on these:

But it is really dificult for me to match size without loosing quality to the 1020 x 1020 required by arachnoboards.

Im newbiee with photoshop cs, and I had taken some pics with my digital canon revel 300D in large format,

Does anyone knows how to resize pics in photoshop cs without loosing quality then upload the pics in this web?

im using canon 300D with 50mm 2.5 macro lens, by the way, what camera and lens are you using?
