Pre-molt burrow questions!!!!!!!!!

So I just got my Brachypelma/ Tliltocatl verdezi and they instantly went into the premade burrow; dug it out more; and barricaded the entrance. I believe they are in pre-molt and it does ent look like the dirt has moved at all since they first barricaded in it. I am not sure if I should poke a hole in the substrate to add water or when to do that or if I should try adding grasshoppers for them to eat.

Barricading the entrance is their big, “Do not disturb” sign. Keep the water dish full and you can add a little water to the substrate near the burrow. (Do not flood the burrow)
