Popillia japonica?

Took a photo of these in the back yard this morning (Chicago area). I believe they are Japanese Beetles - Popillia japonica? About 3/8” long.

sure dont look liek the japanese beetles we have done here.. ares look alot bigger and are al metallic green

They sure like Popillia japonica to me. They are neat looking beetles, but they are definitely not welcome out here! Thanks for sharing the great picture.
