Poor Baby boy :(

Vet has just called and spoken to my mum, Taz my dog has broken his other cruciate ligament, hes already had the other back leg operated on after that one broke..
I'm really freakin upset right now and now sure how to deal, might have to take emergency commissions and stuff but doubt mum will let me. My friend was getting £200 pounds of commissions from me so I could get some tanks but now that'll be going towards Tazes op it makes me even more upset to know there is a girl down the road faking her dogs injuries to make free money out of people when shes already well off agh.
Has anyone been through anything similar with their pooches? I know its more common in some breeds

Oh poor baby boy indeed! It's so hard when pets get sick/hurt. I'm so sorry. I know what you're going through. I have a Bengal cat that I've had for sixteen years now, and her kidneys are going bad. It's such a painful thing to deal with. I hate to see you go through this with your dog. He's such a handsome boy. Please know I'll be thinking about you and Taz today, and hoping all will be well.

I'm so sorry you're having to go through that! My boys still only young, turned 4 at the start of october. We will be thinking of your dear kitty and I hope she doesn't suffer, had to go through similar things with our family cats in the past and its never nice.

Update: Just got home with Tazzy, was insulted on the way home but that's life. Hes pretty out of it and has no appetite for now but will be finding someone to do his operation asap. Thank you for all the positivity I will try to update the thread when I can or if something changes.

Hopefully he gets his operation soon and makes a fast and full recovery. He looks like an absolute sweetheart.

She was diagnosed early and has to have pills every day for the rest of her life, but I was told she could live 2-5 years in good condition. She's eating and drinking and behaving normally with no discomfort. I pray that doesn't start up any time soon.

How is Taz doing? Please know I'm still thinking about both of you and hoping things are going well

She was diagnosed early and has to have pills every day for the rest of her life, but I was told she could live 2-5 years in good condition. Hes holding up really well but my mum is really stressing me out, she still hasn't called the vet yet because its just so far away from us and we would have to take public transport which is never nice to do with a dog.. never mind a dog with a broken leg.. Or we take a cab we cant afford. The neighbor who usually drives us is moving away so its just feeling a bit like brain-melt. Really happy to hear shes got some kick in her! Hope she lives a long happy life~

Edit: Ive emailed two veterinary charities today.

Taz is going to have his operation! We've finally found the money and have started the process of having his x-rays sent to the people who are doing it !!!!!!! I will let you guys know when I can tell you more !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
