Please Sex my Bearded Dragon

Hiya People!,

I was wondering if anyone knows what sex "Spike" My bearded dragon is? We think it's male, But now we might think it's female. And were very confused. Please help, Thank you for looking. Becky

Id say male. I think I can make out the hemipal bulges. Anyway, can you get a clearer shot? If it's a male, you'll see distinct glands above the 2 bulges, they'll be in the shape of a V, and it'll be little dots. Sorry, im not good with words, so that's my best description of it, lol. If it's a male though, you should see that V shape very well, especially if he is mature.

Hello, Spike is not quite matured yet as he/she is only 6 months old. I will take a closer look later as Spike's basking right now. I have some other pictures, So I will post them on this tread. Might help?

What a cutie... I love my dragons...they're great entertainment!
If you can get a pick with the tail pulled up toward the head (be gentle obviously), it may help... this tends to make the bulges a bit more obvious

Aww Thanks, I will give it a try!. I am getting another 2 Beardies on saturday! Babies! I can't wait! I have a vivarium setup and ready and as for spike we are treating him to a larger Viv in a week or two. I think i might call the new additions Snoopy & Peanut. I won't know til I see them. But i'm well excited!.
