Any ideas what this is? I am guessing female based on its external anatomy but I figured it would be worth posting this. It is the best picture I could get of its insides.

ANOTHER QUESTION... HOW CAN I TELL IF THIS IS MATURE OR NOT NOW? FROM EVERYBODY I TALK TO THEY MATURE AT VARIOUS SIZES AND USUALLY QUITE SMALL.

One sign of maturation in females is the sclerotization of the epigastric furrow. In other words, if you were to feel the furrow on your female, it should be hard. This is the infamous "bump" that you may or may not have heard about.
