Please determine this regalis' sex

I'm posting here because of the amount of unreliable replies I have gotten in the sexing thread in the past. Only experienced pokie keepers reply please. The spider is 3" and molted a little more than a week ago, but unfortunately the molt was too mangled for me to use it.
