Playa Del Carmen / Mexico Insects anyone?

I may be planning a trip to Playa Del Carmen in Mexico south of Cancun. I hear there is a great butterfly pavillion.

But I would like to know what other unique insects specific to this area I might stumble upon as I am into macro photography.
