pixie frog smell :-(

just wondering if any of you know what i can do about the smell in my frogs enclosure. i use moist cocfiber and a large water dish.. i change it out once a week but it seems like it stinks really bad after only a day. is this normal if so im not worried. but if im doing something wrong i need to know :-D any tips would help thx

like poo and rot. but there isnt any of either.

also im pretty sure my pixie isnt sick or anything. i just put him in a new 10g with better ventalation ima c if that helps.

Clean the tank, and the soil may be too moist.

i changed the substrate and water and put him in a better ventalated enclosure. i hope this helps.

Yeah, ventilation is important. I had the same problem with my pixie tank, it would smell moldy after only a week with fresh substrate. I moved him to a larger tank and into the living room where there's more airflow and I don't have that problem anymore.
