Put its fangs over the water dish so it can drink, or you can even drip water directly onto the fangs. Unfortunately though, I think there is a good chance it is already gone if it has been like that for over a week now. I don't know much about arboreal husbandry, as I've never kept one, but it seems to me like that setup is still not ideal. If you decide to get another T in the future please consider doing more research beforehand. These things happen and it is always sad when they do. I'm sorry you had to learn this way. But you came to the right place; there are many knowledgeable people who can offer you advice and help you figure out what went wrong. Best of luck to you

Does he react at all to a paintbrush touching his leg? I’m sorry, but it looks like he’s passed.

Try dripping water into his mouth, one drop an hour, and see if he "revives"... if not... I am really sorry.
