Just some pictures of the spiderlings I have. Nothing exotic or exceptional, I just wanted to share:
One of my a. versicolors, a birthday present from my brother:
A G. rosea spiderling, another birthday present from bro, that just molted and is due to be moved to a bigger enclosure:
An N. chromatus sling who was on the lam for about a week or so before I found it on the ceiling in my living room!
A cricket I left in it's container overnight had chewed though the screen I had covered a vent with and the spider escaped through that. I moved the spider to a bigger and more secure enclosure as soon as I caught it.
Another N. chromatus next to a quarter for scale. (for those outside the U.S.--an American quarter is 2.5 cm in diameter.)
My female N. coloratovillosus spiderling. She's about 2.5 to 3 inches (6.5-7.5 cm) in leg span now:
My female G. aureostriata spiderling next to an American quarter:
A closeup of her:
And last but not least, one of my B albopilosum spiderlings:
Thanks for looking!
