The slings are here!

I ordered:
L. parahybana, B. vagans, and G. aureostriata. As a "freebie," I got G. rosea.

They've now all been unpacked, and we had a little scare with the L. parahybana. My husband opened up the vial, removed the tissue, and didn't see a spider! It took awhile to see that it had burrowed all the way to the bottom of the vial!

The B. vagans is hiding right now and may come out for pics later.

L. parahybana:

G. aureostriata:

G. rosea:

Oh, and to make it an even more exciting day, I think my smallest P. murinus sling molted again!

Wow! Those are really tiny! Is that what quarter inch slings look like? Those are really great pictures, it's nice to see them in their vial and with a finger near them to see the size. Good luck with your new pets! :)

Yup, most of them are 1/4 inch. I think one is 1/2 inch.

It amazes me to look at the G. aureostriata and L. parahybana and think that one day they could grow to 8" or more!

very nice, all these species are good eaters too, specially the L. parachybana.
