hope the rabbit has a piece of wood it its cage and the T has some dirt of some sort. they are pretty pics but not comfy for the pets. of course its a small area that we can see in the pic and not the whole cage. rabbits need a board so they don't get hock sores. T's need some substrate and not fish gravel. its the the difference between a life and a great life. what we can make do with and what is better. no offense meant just trying to help.

see old pics. and i had the wrong perspective. new pics :D sand and gravel are abrasive and do not hold moisture as well. it was very popular in the 70's. now most people use organic potting soil, organic peat moss, bed a beast which is coconut fiber, something like that. anything without fertalizer or pesticides. stuff from the garden can't be trusted as a lot of people treat their gardens. rocks are not life threatening unless they climb. would you rather land on dirt if you fell or rocks? for a T a fall can be fatal. pet stores love to sell you stuff.

you have lovely pets.

Echoing what the others have said, get rid of the cotton/sponge, get rid of the rocks. I hope the bunnies aren't sitting on wire mesh under those shavings, it'll mess up their feet. Also, I can't tell from the pics, but those turtles need a UVB light or they won't live long.

Oh yeah, cute critters! I miss my bunny :(

Im really new to keeping spiders, but what I can see in the pictures above is a good example of how not to keep spiders! Pls Pls tell me if i'm wrong, but that poor spider(Pink Stripe i think) has no where to hide/tunnel. It can hardly turn arround in it's cage! And one of them is on gravel, yikes! Am i right or am i doing this all compleatly wrong with 6' of substrate, and a cage 10 times the size of the T?? Im not having a go at queenmidnight22 but just checking my spiders will live long and prosper!! :)

hi anyone here
Have some patience, please. Were you expecting a flood of responses in 36 minutes? Give people some time to respond. Also, consider that you posted this during the wee hours of the morning, at least here in the US. The majority of people here are from North America and were probably in bed sleeping.

Also, please see the care sheets and other references on how to care for your new pets. Many people have given you suggestions over the last few days. I realize you are new to the hobby and still learning. People here are very helpful. Take some time to listen and learn from what others have been telling you.
