That is really small...is that a Pyxiefrog?? (bullfrog)
I have just got one myself only a little bit bigger 3 days ago.
U should take some better pictures of it and post.

That looks like a baby Spadefoot toad....

haha.. about that

I dont know what kind of toad this little feller is. I just found him hopping on the fan outside, and i caught him before he fell inside (it was on).
