I've seen those pictures many, many times. And I don't doubt that it can happen, but something about those pictures always made me think they're fake. The bulge always looked way too big.

uhhh, anyone else getting something rather innappropiate when they click that link?

When I copy/paste it, it goes to the snake eating people pic. but when I click it, it goes to something that just isnt that lol.

While it would be remotely possible for a large enough snake to swallow a very small person such as a child or someone small in build the pics that float around are bogus. When humans are killed by snakes it is usually a case of the snake constricting and killing the human only to realize it can't get the meal down. Or in the case of captive snakes it is usually a feeding response triggered by a bad move on the part of the owner without enough helping hands around to prevent the situation from getting out of control.
