Pic Size

I see pics up that are huge and I try to post pics but keep getting rejected because they are too large. When I resize them to the guidelines and post they are much smaller most of the time, than other pics in posts. Why is that??

Are you trying to post them thru Photobucket, or just from your computer.
How are you resizing them? With Photoshop?

Resize them with Paint and save them as JPEG
