I had a big Carolina that I raised from a spiderling and recently died. She lived apprximately 3 and a half years alltogether.

That is a really nice picture! The kind I see in Southern New Jersey, look like they are all smoky, charcoal like black shade.
I'll see if I can actually catch one next time.
