Phrynus Whitei Sexing via Molt

Wondering if anyone can sex my Phrynus Whitei. I've looked at genital operculum pictures but species to species they seem too different.

How did you tell if it was a male?

try flipping the spermethecae/inverting the inside, similar to how you would with tarantulas, these are a bit trickier via operculum ime

Does this also apply to younger individuals or just adults?

Its easier with larger individuals but technically possible
