I really like the result you got from those photos. It looks like you are using a Nikon Coolpix 8700. Would you mind sharing your settings? I have the same camera.

as always very nice pics!!! looks like a nice camera your friend is holding.


I'm still learning myself,I need to practice more on the lighting when I take pics.

I Prizz gave me some good ideas for my photos... I have a nice camera but I don't have the steadyness nor the light to do it the right way.

Soon....I will have nice pics! I'm on the road now!

It's not mine. It's my friends cam. The pix You see here are mine. They are made with my Ricoh Caplio RR30.

Thanks for posting the pick of your lighting set up, I'm gonna try that myself :D
My main problem with taking pics is getting enough light, I end up using the inbuilt flash which sucks :(

first of all fantastic photos as always...second what did u felt or feel when a pokie is free to run...sometimes had happened to me and im not so relaxed as you seem to be...hehe

Yes they do. They are not that nasty as most people would think. I think Haplopelma spp. or Theraphosa blondi is much more nastier then a Pokie.

hope you didnt miss understandme prizz......i was mis understood....i just said that it is something that needs the full attantion....when some times my p.regalis came out of the vivarium i was not afraid...i was just hoping that nothing wrong will happen....as my mature male was trying to escape to mate...(natural instinct)....hope i have been understood
