Hi, I know I probably sound paranoid here but I just purchased my first arachnid pet recently and want to make sure It has the best possible chance of survival. I’ve owned this Phidippus Audax sling (approximately i4) for around four full days and it has eaten a fly 3 out of the 4 days. I’m misting regularly and the abdomen looks okay, I also observed it drinking so I know it shouldn‘t be thirsty. Should I cease feeding for a few days at all? (Sorry for low quality image.) Thank you.

Looks fine to me , I prefer to keep them identical to aboreal tarantula slings loads of info here on that. Add some sub to hold more moisture etc tiny water dish or something. Same as I’d house wolf spiders except aboreal, sucks I can’t find anymore here . Darn pesticide’s.::

Awesome, thank you so much for your advice! I added some sub to the enclosure.
