I would like to get one of these, and would like to know a more indepth care
Firstly what prey would you feed a second instar of these and what size is the second instar of these?
What would you feed an adult
Their full adult size
General care humidity etc
Are they interesting inverts?
Lynx spider- questions above apply to that
As for the peacock mantis which do you think would be 'better' to keep?

As to which one is “better” that’s an odd framing, they’re completely different pets. A full grown peacock mantis averages like 3.5 inches for a male to 4-5 for a female. 2nd instar eats fruit flies(pretty much standard for any mantis babies).
As for “lynx spider” do you mean P.viridans? There’s many species commonly called lynx. If you do indeed mean viridans 2nd instars are super tiny and should feed on prekilled or injured Melanogaster fruit flies. You can kill a fruit fly without squashing them by freezing, or injure/kill them by gently rolling them against something. I let the fruit flies fall on my bed and then kinda roll them over gently with my hand, without squishing them and then drop the individuals into all my sling cups for example. A full grown green lynx spider is similar size to your common cellar spider
