Hi There, Name's Wisdom And I'm From Nigeria. For A Few Months, I Had A Female Pan-Tropical Jumper. One Day, I Fed Her A Small Roach Which I Caught Running Around My Room; And As Usual, It Didn't Take Long For Her To Finish Draining The Life Out Of It But As Soon As She Did, She Went Hyper: Running Around Her Enclosure, Cutting Her Webs And Other Stuff Like That. I Just Took It As Normal Behaviour But Later At Night, I Found Her At The Bottom Of Her Enclosure Staying Perfectly Still. I Took Her Out Thinking She Needed Air. And That's When I Found Out That She Could Not Jump: She Became A "Walking Spider". I Put Her Back With The Hope Of Seeing Her Ok In The Morning, But By The Time I Woke Up, She Was Dead. I Was Wondering If Someone Could Tell Me What Went Wrong Please.

There's a chance that the roach you found had eaten something poisonous.
Do you know how old she was? Jumpers do not live long.

Sorry for your loss 😔

Feeding Wild Caught Prey is always risky for this reason. (Toxic Food)
