Here is my small juvenile "female", which came with the shipment today. She was the smallest T in the shipment but came out most lively after 72 hours in transit.

Now I say "female", but I believe she was sexed ventrally and she is very small. I hope she is a female indeed. Even as a juvenile, she is very good looking. Too bad the abdomen color changes with this genus.

Here is how she looks like:





The 3rd Tarantula that was in the box was a large female C.marshalli for my MM but she was the worse looking one. She retreated to her hide and I do not want to stress her more. Will take pictures later.

She molted a couple days ago and lost the abdomen pattern. Looks wonderful IMO. Here are a couple pictures:

you have such awesome pamphs on the other side of the river!! jealous, awesome specimen (oh and your monitor is awesome as well, but that's for a different thread ;p)

I never realized until recently that Pamphos went through such amazing color/pattern changes! The abdomen in the first pic reminds me of A. minatrix, while she's looking very similar to my X. immanis in the post-molt shots. Awesome spider.
