Pacman frog question

I bought a Pacman frog today and I have a question about it. So far, I have got everything setup but my problem is with the shallow water. The water is quite cold, is that bad? If so, how do I keep it warm?

My pac-man has a shallow dish of room temp water. When ever it is low I fill it with warm dechlorinated water and mist the entire enclosure. To keep the temps up there is a heat mat on one side of the tank, which also aids in digestion. Hope this helps ~ Rex
