Hiya! So I've been keeping tiny tiny P.regius spiderlings (3rd instar) for some weeks and everything has been going smoothly. One of them decided to molt today (yay!) but there has been no changes for 3 hours now. It seems completely out except for the end of its butt. I know it is still alive as it moved in the past hours but is this smth I should be concerned about? I'm just very new to keeping jumpers and lowkey paranoid.
Thank you loads for any tips or advices

// Let it have some time. It might just be sitting on the skin. you could try to rise the humidity by adding a little water to the substrate- but so far - let it have some time, don't disturb it and leave the enclosure alone for some time.

I know it's not just sitting on it because it tried to remove its butt like trying to move forward
also there isn't any subtrate in the enclosure as the breeder told me it would help noticing small food as they're so small
I haven't disturbed it once yet should I try to open up its enclosure? It is presently in a reversed very small pill cup and there is a flower glued in the middle. I'm just so spooked to cause more stress to the poor guy☹ I think I'll wait it out for 2 hours and see how it's going and if I see no changes I'll spray a super fine mist on a side of the enclosure

// Sounds fine - I know one can get super paranoid really fast. I am still getting nervous when my jumper slings are molting ^^

I'm still fairly new to true spiders I currently have 1 velvet spider and used to own 1 ogre-faced spider. Also have 23 ts so I'm really used to them but true spiders are a whole different thing lmao

In case they are Stuck, you can help it to get rid Off the molt with tweezers.
3. Inst (currently have an egg sac) mortality rate is quite high. I lost 8 of 79 by now which is a good go. 2/3. inst

Almost impossible to get them all Big with no loss, next time, try to get them in 4/5. Inst.

Regards

Lil update : Poor guy was stuck (2 legs and the end of its butt) and I fortunately acted quickly so I could safely remove the molt with a wet q-tip😊I offered him water with a q tip (not the same one) and he drank for around a minute or two. It molted completely friday night and just ate its first meal today! He's jumping around and acting normal so I hope I didn't damage anything by helping him with its molt but everything seems fine! Thanks to everyone for helping me out in this tricky situation

I actually bought 5 spiderlings and 1 died in shipment for no apparent reason...one also died the day after i received it again for no apparent reason so I'm really glad I bought many! Really hope the other 3 will grow and have a great life
