So my pet store was running severely low on crickets, so I got 10 of the ones they considered "small". I know from exhaustive internet searches that crickets are the one thing that can hurt or kill my lil Lorcán. A lot of the ones I have are bigger than he is, likely more than 1.5 times his size. I got him as a subadult according to the breeder. I guess the big question here is can I give him bigger crickets if I like take off one or both of their back legs or would they still pose harm to him?
Here's a picture of him eating the second day I got him (today is like day 4 or so)

Jumping spiders are known to take down BIG prey. You're jumper will do fine. ( Mealworms are a "better" option imo )
