P.metalica Has Finally Come Out Of Her Hiding Spot

wow ive havent seen her out and about since she was a sling,even my wife was excited and she doesnt even like spiders!

great looking spider ya got there. i've been looking into getting a P. metallica but the only thing i could find was a little baby for $250
how big do they get

not too big,legspan more or less 6".prices are going down.when i got her as a sling i got her for $275 almost 3 years ago and that was a deal considering they were going for about $350-$375, sometimes more.

Nice spider dude.... You may have to spring for the male.... people hold on to those bad boys cuz they see $.... Wouldn't hurt to try though either way.

you may find someone to loan you a male.if not check the classifieds and try and buy one at a good price.while this may not be the easiest species to breed a friend of mine got an good eggsack a year or two back with no special care whatsoever.just cohabed them for a week or two and thats it.i say go for it!
