Nice! I have been wanting one of these, but have been used to the more "docile" species. I was told these P. Irminias aren't so much aggresive...just pretty defensive and fast. How do find the temperment to be with yours? I just LOVE the adult markings!

its nervous, very. its ran up my arms before and out of its cage, but ive never been bit.

My GBB is fast and defensive so if the temperment is about the same I guess I'd be ok with it. I just barely kept my GBB from bolting out of his enclosure while going after a cricket...lol. Scared the crap out of me.

My P. Irminia is fast, but now she has made a burrow on the side of a cork board which is covered in web and somehow she managed to stick dirt on it making me unable to even see her.

My P. irminias go down in their web burrows or just sit and wait for their meals. My G. roseas, on the other hand, meet me opening the lid with legs, palps and sometimes fangs waving.

Even my 2" P. irminia is black... none of mine are this grayish color.

yeah... i got it from a snake dealer at a reptile show... he had alot of them and they were pretty cheap and werent hardy at all, but i expected that. hoping they arent a cambridgei/imirnia hybrid... i'd be pretttyy ticked off. Especially because it looks like one in the light... with that light brownish tint to it, now turning gray

just make sure you get yours from a good dealer :p Really thinking mine is a hybrid. Dont get me wrong, i'll keep it and not breed it, but i'm pretty ticked, as a friend has 2-3 female suntigers ready for a male.

I just got a Irminia sling a lil bit ago, I love their colors but I really didnt want a aggressive/defensive speed demon-- but it was cheap as hell so I have it.
I'm ALMOST scared of what I got myself into .
I'm on the fence whether too keep it or not, the colors are sweet tho. Idk
Btw the grey usually indicates a male if I'm not mistaken males and females coloration is a big difference.
