Yes that is cool thing about this species, they have orange eyes aswell. But since this is a hypomelanistic variant, the pupils are not black but red, like albino eyes.

Actually the first picture resembles the true colours better. When seen in true daylight (not direct sunlight), it is far more beautifully darkorange coloured than it is, when viewed in artificial light, regardless of the types/wavelengths.

This is a great and entertaining species to keep. They eat and grow like there is no day tomorrow.
