I love rattlesnakes. I own a LARGE cattle ranch just north of Boise and I know of 4 dens on our property. In the spring and fall I can sit on the rocks and watch them as long as I please. It is so interesting. We also find several in our yard. My wife isnt too fond of these ones!!! Theyre not nearly as mean and aggressive as people think.

Very cool pic If I ever owned any hot snakes it would be only the rattle snakes My favorite venomous snake is an eastern diamond back rattle snake.

nice diamond back, wound up owning a few do to late season rescues. mostly glad they are gone, glades usually has some for sale diamondbacks (normal phase at least) are very inexpensive.

Very nice! I used to live in Mojave Ca and we had many acres of desert were I found a few rattlers a week. Much nicer than people give them credit for.
