Hey,
I wouldn’t use that substrate for millipedes.
Contains no edible parts (decaying leaves, rotting wood - make up 80%+ of the millipedes diet) and contains parts that may be harmful to millipedes - cypress mulch, as evergreens can contain toxic saps and such.

Advertising such a substrate as „deluxe“ and „for millipedes“ is highly questionable to me.

As you‘re in the USA, I would recommend looking at BoogieDownBugs or US Invertebrate LLC for millipede substrate. They provide among the best, highest quality substrates specifically tailored to millipedes. It‘s not cheap, but that‘s because you‘re buying actual quality and not trash.

Best regards,

Hi! Thankyou! I actually forgot to post, but i found a different brand that i already have ordered, that is for isopods, but the owner is super nice and talked to me about how its safe for millepedes and some customers use it just for them. Im gonna have to check and post his reply, but he listed the ingredients and i think he said, rot wood, leaf litter, and some other really good things, i found this stuff way better than the original post i made.

Edit*
This is the text he sent me: yes our substrate is completely safe for pedes, we have several customers use it exclusively for them. We have organic based leaf litter, white rot wood, sugar maple leaf litter, limestone, mychorrizae fungi, charcoal and peat moss mixed in! 😊
