ok soo im allergic..now what?

ok so i have come to the conclusion that i am allergic to my colony of blatta lateralis.

now im not sure how i could go about cleaning all the frass out while not loosing ooths.

i plan on wearing a mask and gloves..but i think the frass on the bottom is triggering the allergic reaction along with either there saliva, or the sticky stuff they secrete.

anyway, has anyone devoloped a method thats easy, clean , and keeps most of your ooths?

ive though of a few ways, but there kinda messy.

Facemask, maybe? It's all about the dust the gets stirred up so if you do it in an open area maybe the dust will tend to blow away instead of get all up in your face.

Maybe you could cover the frass periodically with substrate?

Let the enclosure dry out, round up all your adults/juveniles, and sift the dried frass with a dollar store strainer.The ooths will stay in the strainer while the frass falls through.
