Do I love them? You bet!


That's right, I got me some sea monkeys and hope they don't meet the same fate as the last batch...accidentally knocked from the kitchen window sill into the sink. They were fat, happy and breeding. Then it happened. I had to be clean;I had to have order. I reached to dust the window sill and...

That was actually pretty good! I love Sea-Monkeys. I remember how I got the Sea Diamonds and they actually worked. And the red food stuff made them turn red. They, too, were very happy. After 2 years, I got bored. I put them on the windowsill, and they're still alive. In fact, they're over 2 inches. And they bred.

I am a huge sea monkey fan, despite having all my childhood dreams of little finned people living in castles destroyed by my father when I was 7 (he bought me a bag of brine shrimp, and told me what sea monkeys really were).

I collect the vintage sea monkey stuff from the 60's and 70's....racetrack, theatre, etc....back from when they were still magical.

Wow, I just got a Sea Monkey kit from Wal Mart yesterday. Small world.


Oh, I do believe that Sea Monkeys are indeed invertebrates, despite the name.
