My tliltocatl albopilosum molted 4 days ago, the twitching occurs very rarely but in these two days, it would lay down a bit with its legs curled up, twitches a little and starts stretching.

(↑First time seeing her legs curling up a bit and leaned on her side)

Few hours ago, it curled up more than last time, kinda looking like a death curl which freaked me out a bit, twitches a little again, and a few minutes later, it stood up like nothing happened.

(↑This is the image taken while she curled up, then twitches a bit and stood up like nothing happened )

Am I being paranoid or is it just some post-molt weird behaviour it's having? Or dehydration?

(I couldnt get a video of it twitching, because it happen quite rarely and only happens for like a few seconds each time. So far I've only seen twice)

P.s. I realised the enclosure is too dry so I misted it afterwards, also added some more substrate ↓

Misting does virtually nothing too help with the substrate being too dry other than a very temporary increase in moisture. You're better off to pour a BIT of water into the substrate instead

As for the twitching several days after the molt: that is not behaviour I remember seeing from my tarantulas, and not something that pops up here on the forum with any regularity.

Sure, I'll pour some water

While sometimes for a few days after a molt I’ve seen occasional “stress“ posest. I’ve never witnessed any sudden twitching.

the only thing I can think of is you added new substrate, I have witnessed like flicking type spasms when they substrate is not packed down enough and they don’t like walking on it. It seems to have something due to it sticking to them. So depending on if you packed it down enough or not I’m not sure but that’s all I can think about from your description.

I added the substrate after it twitched and stood back up about an hour or two later

I don't know what's wrong with your T, quite pretty. I can tell you I have observed twitching over decades in my own collection. I can't attribute it to anything. What I can tell you is for me, whenever a T twitched, there was never a good ending. W/that said, its fate is not determined, just keep up your husbandry, keep fresh water in there for drinking.
