Is that a human-bred hypomelanistic bird, or is that how the species usually looks? Either way, he's a great-looking bird

It's not albino or hypomelanistic, in the bird world the term is 'lutino' lol. These guys come in a few colors such as blue, green, etc. Thanks, he's my pretty little baby. Spoiled rotten as well.
