Hey everyone. Usually, my jumping spider is a great eater. But, recently, it hasn't been eating the crickets I give it. It's been about a week and a half since it ate. I've seen it almost tackle a cricket, but the cricket ran under some fake plants. I've tried to temporarily remove the fake plants so the crickets have nowhere to hide, but it still hasn't ate. I'm getting a bit worried. I don't think the jumping spider is old, because it still looks quite tiny. It looks interested in the crickets, but then quickly loses interest and gives up.

If anyone has any tips to get a jumping spider to eat, I would very much appreciate it
Thanks, and happy thanksgiving (At least here in Canada)

Don’t worry it’s just in premolt or full

most likely just a premolt! dont worry about it too much, spiders can go on fasts all them time (some up to 3 years), so its not a reason for concern even if they don't molt. thank you for worrying, however, it shows you really do care about your spider and its health :)
have a good day!
