My little Nhandu tripepii girl hangs out on the ventilation grille since yesterday and is very sluggish and unresponsive to a paintbrush or vibrations. She ate two days ago and was acting normal. It has around 33 Celsius in my city but she has a full waterdish, medium damp substrate to get her moisture and a burrow if she wants to hide. Is it to hot for her or could it be something else? All my other tarantulas don´t show any difference in behaviour.

33 C is not hot enough to harm them.
I think people will want more information. Is this is a confirmed female? You use store-bought, captive-bred feeders, and did you feed your other spiders from the same batch of feeders?
Could the spider have sustained a fall? Your terrarium looks very beautiful, but you can expect people here to tell you to add more substrate to shorten the height that a spider could fall.

Yes it is a confirmed female, i feed all of my spiders red runners and dubia roaches from my own colony. The enclosure is 20cm in height and has about 6cm substrate at the front and 12-13cm at the back.

Looks bad, sorry, there is any possibility that he/se could be injured? do you see any sign of injury? you said that the T passed all day in the grill, there is a possibility of dehydration since from that mesh enters the "fresh (33º in your case) " air and exits from the top, but that´s a rare possibility, is more likely to be injured from falling.

Any chance she was climbing and fell? I'm certainly no expert but that position doesn't look good

You can try placing her over the water dish to see if she wants a drink, but she doesn't look dehydrated. I am also concerned that she could have suffered a fall and has sustained an injury.

She is now in a seperate container with some water to drink from. I checked on her Abdomen but could not see a rupture, just a wet spot on her spinerettes. I put some flour on the spot in case it is a open wound.
